Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unassembled/unused, and include all the original undamaged packaging.

Clearance items are excluded from this and can not be returned due to change of mind. 

You will need to organise the return. You are responsible for either returning your item in store (with original receipt) or for online orders returning your item via post.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any refund issued will also be less any shipping costs originally incurred by Tea Tree Gully Early Learning Supplies (or a reasonable portion of your shipping cost, if you are only returning part of your order).

We endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we receive it back and if it meets the above conditions we will process your refund as soon as possible.

 

Returning Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with your item you can choose to have a refund or the goods replaced. Please carefully check your order when you receive it and contact us within 7 days of receiving it, if you find a fault with one of your items.

We may ask you to return the item if there's a problem. Inspecting the item can help us to work out exactly what the problem is and may be required when contacting our suppliers.

Items don't need to be returned in their original packaging but if posting please package the items so that they are well protected during delivery.

In most cases, you will need to organise the return. Either return the product in store or if posting you should keep proof of purchase for postage so that we can refund the cost if the goods are proven faulty.
